Affiliate Program Agreement

Affiliate Program Agreement - Updated on June 2nd 2021.

These Affiliate Program Terms are an agreement between Cyber Cast International, S.A. ("CCIHosting.com" or "us" or "our") and you ("User" or "you" or "your" or "Affiliate").

By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not eligible to receive commissions. Cyber Cast International, S.A. reserves the right to make changes to the provided Agreement as needed, without notice to our Affiliates. Modification made to the terms does not constitute early agreement termination.

1. Affiliates should request withdrawal by sending an email from the Affiliate registered account to the address billing@ccihosting.com.
2. Affiliates Withdrawal payment method is PayPal.
3. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that all payee information is accurate and up to date in the affiliate system.
4. CCIHosting.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen payments.
5. Bank Wire option is available for Affiliates with a balance over $1000 USD per month.
6. Any PayPal or Bank Wire fees are deducted from the Affiliate withdrawal amount.
7. Affiliates are responsible for making sure they can accept payments.
8. CCIHosting.com reserves the right to withhold payment of initial commission fees to Affiliates who are new to the Affiliate Program or who have commissions that are potentially fraudulent as determined by CCIHosting.com in its sole discretion, to determine the legitimacy and cancellation rates of referred orders.
9. Affiliates are eligible for commissions on the initial purchase of services only. Any additional or subsequent purchases, including the customer's addition of accounts or upgrades, are not eligible. Renewals of existing services do not qualify for commissions.
10. Services must remain Active and Paid for 90 days to be eligible for commissions.
11. Affiliates are not eligible for commissions on Domain Names, Third Pary Software Licensing (cPanel, Plesk, Microsoft, etc.), SSL Certificates, and Server Colocation.
12. Affiliates will not earn a commission on the purchase of their hosting accounts.
13. Qualified Products for the Affiliate Program include Dedicated Server (2.5 % commission), Shared Web Hosting (5% commission), VPN Accounts (5% commission), VPS (5% commission), and Cloud Server (5% commission).
