VPS offline or suspended without notice?

We have an automated anti-abuse system that may suspend your VPS if there is any abusive activity from the following categories:
  • CPU
  • Disk I/O
  • Conntrack sessions
  • Emails
If you suspect your server has been suspended for such activity, please submit a support ticket for it and state how you intend to stop such abusive activity to prevent future suspension.

Note: In some rare cases, false-positives may occur. In such cases, please provide any information that may indicate it to be a false-positive detection.
